During the Project Management course at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, students have to analyze a project using techniques from the course. Baseline scheduling using critical path calculations or resource leveling tools, schedule risk analysis and controlling projects using Earned Value Management or Earned Schedule is mostly done in ProTrack.

EVM Europe seen through the eyes of an American speaker

EVM Europe 2012 in Twente (The Netherlands) was a success in terms of quality of the speakers, content of the presentations and interaction between participants. 

Next year, EVM Europe 2013 will be held in our home town, Ghent (Belgium), where OR-AS will be again responsible for the organization and sponsoring.
