Motivated Engineering Students -- Good results!

Friday, February 1, 2013, a small group of Engineering students from University College of London have controlled an electronic development project based on the Project Scheduling Game. Last week, they followed only one session on network analysis and critical path scheduling techniques, and hence, they had to run the PSG simulation with a limited knowledge and experience. However, a clever project control approach and a detailed analysis helped them towards finding good strategies.
