YouTube Tutorial on ProTrack by Ghent University students

During the Project Management course at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, students have to analyze a project using techniques from the course. Baseline scheduling using critical path calculations or resource leveling tools, schedule risk analysis and controlling projects using Earned Value Management or Earned Schedule is mostly done in ProTrack.

EVM Europe seen through the eyes of an American speaker

EVM Europe 2012 in Twente (The Netherlands) was a success in terms of quality of the speakers, content of the presentations and interaction between participants. 

Next year, EVM Europe 2013 will be held in our home town, Ghent (Belgium), where OR-AS will be again responsible for the organization and sponsoring.

EVM Europe 2012 is ready for take-off!

Yesterday, the partnership between EVM Europe and IPMA NL has been signed, and hence, everything and everyone is now ready to start. The final details will be put on our website, our program schedule can be visited here, and the conference proceedings are now being printed and will be put in the conference bags this weekend.

On Wednesday, October 31, 134 students had to solve the Mutum Paraná II bridge case study (part B) as part of the course “Project Management” at the faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Ghent University.
