Time and cost still important?

This morning, two students at Ghent University have compared the use of ProTrack with various other project management methods and have concluded that ProTrack is "an ideal tool to control time and cost of a project when these two objectives are important".

Glad to hear this good ProTrack news from someone else... but are the time and cost objectives still important?
